We are building an independent ATM-network offering qualitative cash services to all individuals and merchants in Belgium. We set the goal to become the largest player on the Belgian market in the next few years.
In order to support our expanding business, we are looking for a Build program manager to join our team.
The Build program manager is responsible for overseeing, managing and delivering ATM locations and infrastructure build projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance with industry regulations. Not only build of new locations but also the changes in locations with build impact.
The build program manager plays a key role in shaping the physical network of ATM's, delivering building projects on time, within budget, and high-quality standards and correctly documented.
Plan, execute, and oversee ATM deployment and related construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Update and maintain the asset management of all ATM locations.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of build and change projects.
Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Documenting process flows, procedures and policies to safeguard the standardization of the total asset management of the locations of Batopin.
Project delivery and asset management
Aim: Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of build projects of ATM locations (openings, changes and closings).
- Create and manage project timelines, plans, and deliverables.
- Supervise construction and installation phases.
- Resolve issues proactively and keep stakeholders informed.
- Keep the facility asset management system up-to-date.
Financial oversight
Aim: Manage budgets efficiently while maintaining project quality.
- Develop accurate budgets and monitor costs for the CAPEX and Asset Management.
- Control expenses to prevent overruns.
- Explore opportunities for cost optimization.
Compliance and security
Aim: Ensure all projects adhere to legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Conduct compliance checks and risk assessments.
- Coordinate necessary approvals with regulatory bodies.
- Implement measures to maintain safety and security standards.
Stakeholder collaboration
Aim: Promote effective teamwork and stakeholder alignment for project success.
- Facilitate regular updates and meetings with project teams.
- Address concerns and align project goals with business priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Work closely together with facility and operations to make sure the whole process of location management is aligned.
Process and procedure mapping and alignment
Aim: Document processes and procedures in the domain of Build to ensure standardization over the entire network.
- Document current and future processes and procedures.
- Do regular checks on the way of working and adapt the procedures accordingly.
- Keep a standardized way of working to ensure the ease of working and to make an efficient and effective asset management possible.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
+5 years of project management experience - preferably in the banking sector.
Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of Belgian regulatory requirements for financial services.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Languages: Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
